The Berea apartment is ready for move in! We currently have 2 unit available for move in and more are almost ready. The units are much larger and much nicer than our nearby apartments. We have an oversized living room, dining room that flows into the kitchen. Off of the walkway is the bathroom, kid’s room and oversized owners’ room. Here are the updates we are completing:
PAINT: ceilings painted, painted trim, painted doors, painted walls with a gray and blue modern theme.
BATHROOM: new luxury vinyl floor, new 48” vanity, sink, Moen faucet, mirror, shower trim, curved shower rod, light, toilet and hardware. We will feature the nicest remodeled bathroom compared to any apartment, most homes and hotels in the area.
KITCHEN: new luxury vinyl floor, faux marble countertops, upgraded Moen faucet, larger double bowl sink, garbage disposal, dish washer, mounted microwave to save countertop space and clean white refrigerator.
BEDROOM’S updated colors, new vinyl blinds, light fixtures, satin nickel door hardware and double shelving units in each closet for maximum clothing storage
HALLWAYS – 1 average size closed with 6 shelves and 1 very large walk in closet with 8 large shelves.
ENTIRE UNIT UPGRADES: modern satin door handles, door stops, new door hinges, (3) 10 year sealed lithium ion battery smoke detectors, (1) hardwired co2/smoke detector, all LED energy efficient light fixtures, new plumbing shut off valves, new plumbing waterlines, all new switches, outlets, cover plates, heat register vents, cold air register vents
COMMON AREA: remodeling is in progress: We are repainting the ceilings, walls, trim, doors and hand rails. The flooring will be a gray luxury vinyl floor with all new carpet runners, wall art and updated decorating (coming soon) The mail center will also refinished. Suggestions are welcome! EXTERIOR: remodeling will begin in the spring. This will include power washing exterior brick and concrete, installation of shutters, new landscaping and installation of LED battery/solar lights in the covered car ports. Pet and child friendly areas will be added, grills, and more!

The location of this property is only a few minute drive to the center of Berea or Strongsville’s shopping district, and in walking distance of a donut shop :o)
