Located a bit down the West Shore, less than a mile from Tahoe City, the house is close to a several great spots that can help make your trip more enjoyable. You’ll find easy access to dining, shopping, parks and beaches. And you are located just a short distance to some of the best hikes Tahoe has. The house is a short stroll to the Tahoe House Bakery, a Tahoe favorite bakery and coffee shop that also serves lunch, and has a some To Go items for dinner, including what many think is the world’s greatest Chicken Pot Pie. Not to be missed!
The second floor of the house is the main floor. This area is great for family and friend get-togethers with open space and gathering zones in the living room. One side is perfect for watching movies or your favorite sporting event with a 65-inch flat screen TV. The other zone has a great place to sit and chat with friends or family. Outside the living room is a deck, with seating (for when the snow melts) and a BBQ.
The dining area can accommodate up to ten guests and is open to the kitchen, where you will find a breakfast bar that can seat six. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped (including a double oven) and is perfect for making any type of meal.
The lower level, where you enter the house hosts all four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and its own bathroom. The three other bedrooms are a King, a Queen and one with two Queens that is more like a den with a sofa and extra living space.
Whether you are looking for a place for family or a group of friends, this property is perfect for pretty much any type of getaway. Its central location makes it so you don't always have to drive to access dining and shopping. It is minutes from many Lake Tahoe great spots including Sunnyside Restaurant, The High Sierra Water Ski School, and the Tahoe City bike path which runs for miles down the West Shore, all the way to Palisades Tahoe Olympic Valley and to Dollar Hill where it connects to a trail system.
