Bay Property Management was started ten years ago by Patrick Freeze in Baltimore, Maryland. At first the company only managed single-family houses throughout the Baltimore area, however, shortly after our doors opened we realized there was a massive demand for multi-family management as well. Over the last 10 years Bay Property Management Group has grown to manage over 5500 units throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Water fee – tenants will be responsible for the monthly payment of water fee accordingly:

Studio units – $30 per unit
1-bedroom units – $30 per unit
2-bedroom units – $45 per unit

Small pets under 25 lbs are welcome with a pet addendum, an additional $500 non-refundable pet fee, and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

The Resident Benefits Package is a voluntary program and may be terminated at any time, for any reason, upon thirty (30)days’ written notice. Tenants that do not upload their own renters' insurance to the Tenant portal 5 days prior to move in will be automatically included in the RBP and the renters insurance program.
