However, after two-months of ENDLESS viewings and his assurances of NUMEROUS reservations that never materialized into leases, I contacted his broker who informed me the agent IS NOT LICENSED to market or write contracts for individual bedrooms and he in fact owned several vacant buildings so he was USING my property/units as bait to then switch prospective tenants to HIS OWN BUILDINGS. Obviously I IMMEDIATELY fired him and slashed the price from the $12,800 to where it is now at just $9380 for the WHOLE unit minimum one year lease. FYI: THE CURRENT MARKET ANALYSIS SHOWS RENTS FOR 4-BEDROOM UNITS IN SAME AREA IN EXCESS OF $9600 MONTHLY FOR UNFURNISHED UNITS. HENCE MY PRICE IS SUBSTANTIALLY BELOW MARKET AT THIS TIME.

Wonderfully laid out for roommates because of the way the unit wraps the interior stairwell, the bedrooms are spread out and all but one have NO CONTINGUIOUS WALLS. So they provide maximum individual privacy within the bedrooms. Meaning, you dont have to be in each others pockets, 24/7. Prior group of Standford grad.s lived here for several years and enthused about the individual privacy the layout/bedrooms provided. One of them even DJd for fun at nights and on the weekends and NEVER bothered his roommates. Another started his own clothing line after appearing on The Bachelor and sewed all night long. Roomates all said that they never heard him sewing all night long. NOBODYS activities ever bothered each other because the rooms are very separate, and VERY well insulated against noise transfer. MUST see to appreciate, and you WILL! :))
