High ceilings, granite kitchen countertops, new vinyl plank floors, fireplace, dining room, and a small atrium. Great landscaping with mature trees, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Washer and dryer. AC and heater. One parking spot available in the garage. There is street parking and also parking spots throughout the community.
About 10-15 minutes from the airport, Zilker Park, and downtown. It's right off the I-35 Woodward exit. Bedroom: Upstairs, shared bathroom with one guy, but the room has its own private sink and vanity that connects to the bathroom. 16.5' x 13.7'.
The room can come furnished with a bed and two side tables. In the pictures it's the bed with the blue blanket. Utilities not included and are split evenly among the rest of the house. Looking for a six month or one year lease and the rooms are single occupancy. Looking for an LGBT friendly, quiet, non-smoker, and respectful roommate who cleans up after themselves.
No smoking allowed and no pets please. I love animals but I often pet sit a friend's dog who gets nervous around other pets. I will run a background and credit check. Will also ask for references of your past roommates and landlords.
Total in bills (water, power and Internet) per person for February was $83, March was $101, April $71, and May was $53.
