The appliances include a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer hookups. The yard is not fenced in, so it is not recommended for pet owners. Utilities are not included.
The Security Depost and the Monthly rent are each $1650. If there are Pets, the Monthly Pet Rent is $35 per Pet.
Renter's Insurance is Required. If you do not provide proof of insurance, you will be enrolled in ours and charged for it along with the rent.
The household income has to be more than 3X the cost of the rent. ($4950 monthly)
Applications are $50 per person 18 and over in the home. This fee covers background checks, credit reports, rental history, and employment verification. Applicants must have excellent rental references and no evictions in the last five years.
NO ROTWEILERS, DOBERMANS, OR BULLY BREEDS OF ANY VARIATION!!! OUR INSURANCE WILL NOT ALLOW THEM AT ALL ON ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES!!!
PET SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
