Central air and heat are kept very comfortable year-round. The bedroom is a nice size and it can be furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom is shared but has double vanities for convenience, and has a separate shower room. And I have room for all your pantry items, your linens, your cold and frozen food, as well as storage for your things in my garage. And I can promise this is a quiet and peaceful place for you to live.

The nice-size yard is private and dog friendly and features real grass, trees, a large firepit, a gazebo and furniture for outdoor living. The rent is $850 per month and that includes all utilities. Due at move-in is $850 for first month’s rent, and $400 for security deposit. Available May 3, 2026.
