The front house and back apartments are separated by storage closets used by the back units. Great location in downtown Boulder's Whittier neighborhood, with easy access to Pearl Street and the 29th Street Malls, as well as the CU and Naropa campuses.
Apartment B is the west unit in back, and has its own fenced-in yard. It has carpet in the living room and bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. This unit has an extra storage closet off the yard, and assigned parking in back off the alley.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room/kitchen = 18'6" x 14'3"
Bedroom = 12' x 11'7"
Outdoor storage closet = 8'3" x 5'8"
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit in the living room is ours. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
