No Felonies or Misdemeanors in last 7 years
No Evictions in last 10 years
No Past Due/Accounts in Collections with Previous Landlord (If found in credit history - proof of payoff and reference from landlord required)
Must Meet Financial Requirements without Section 8 Voucher or other Rent Subsidies.
Co-Signer/Guarantor must apply separately.
No Pets - Service and ESA's are not considered pets.

Non-Refundable Deposit: $300.00
Monthly Rent: $950.00
