Landlord is very respectful of tenants privacy but also appreciates developing a neighbor dynamic with the tenant, which typically looks like borrowing recipe ingredients sometimes, checking on each others pets from time to time, crayon drawings from landlord's daughter and occasional summer nights hanging out around the fire pit.
This property is pet friendly. Cats that are let outside to roam are not recommended here because the space surrounding the property is home to coyotes.
The apartment has a large 11' x 13' bedroom with a 5' x 8' walk-in closet. There is a laundry nook with a washer & dryer in the apartment. Fully renovated kitchen.
