House on 3 acres end of road privacy - This is a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom house with a bonus room and 2nd living room. Upstairs has the master bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, w/d hookups, dishwasher and an electric fireplace and a deck off the back door. Downstairs has the other bedroom and bathroom, the bonus room(doesn't have windows of closet), living room with a wood fireplace. This property sits on 3 acres, dogs are okay here as well as a horse if you have one. Tenant is responsible for electric and trash, snow and lawn care. There is a garden area here as well if you want. There is a shed that is not in the best shape but you can use at your own risk. This property is on a spring for water and septic. Tenants need to be aware of rattlesnakes, bears and foxes. If tenant wants wifi, you will have to contact Blackfoot.
