Pets are considered. A $300.00 pet deposit is required (refundable) and a monthly $50 pet fee per pet per month. Maximum 2 animals allowed.



** For dogs, Dobermans, American Bulldogs, Pitbulls/Pitbull mixes, Bull Mastiffs, Rottweiler/Rottweiler mixes are considered dangerous breeds- Additional liability insurance must be covered for these animals, and proof of insurance will be required prior to moving in.



This is a non-smoking property, to include no vaping inside the property or under covered porches.



Potential tenants must meet the following criteria:

1. Clean rental history in the last 5 years, to be verified by previous landlords. No history of evictions in the last 7 years.

2. No history of felonies record in the last 7 years. Sex offenders are not considered.

3. Employer Verification.

4. A credit score under 620 is subject to approval by the owner.



** Verification of employment and criminal history/credit check will occur BEFORE viewing the property. We do not want to waste your time or ours showing the property to someone who does not qualify. The application requesting these items will be sent via email once the inquiry is received. If you have had a full background check pulled in the last 30 days, that will suffice. (require criminal and financial check)

In order to reserve our home, applicants will need to put down a $500 deposit (nonrefundable) to hold the home until move in. All adults moving into the home will need to complete a background check prior to moving in.



Move in date must be no more than 30 days from application. We do not hold properties for longer than 30 days.



Upon move in, tenants must show proof of utilities, renters insurance for all tenants on lease (with the Landlord as additionally insured), and any dangerous breed animals must be covered under the renters policy (minimum $100,000 liability with policy). All final deposits, cleaning fees ($350 refundable), pet fees, first month's rent, lease signatures, and any documents required by us are needed in advance prior to the Tenant receiving keys for the home.
