Walking to the quiet beach one block away, watching the ships pass over the sound, orcas hunting seals right off the beach, happened just two weeks ago...I could go on
-All emails/calls/texts will be considered pre-screening of potential tenants.
-$55.00 Application Fee per applicant over the age of 18.
- $35 a month Resident Benefit Package
-No application(s) accepted until the potential tenant(s) have toured the property by appointment only with a Maple Leaf Management LLC or Showdigs agent.
- MOVE-IN COST: Security deposit and last month's rent are required; they may be paid in full or split into the first 6- months
- LEASE: Looking for a lease ending 7/31/26 or 3/31/27 with the option to extend - goal is to get this home on a different rent cycle.
-All rentals are strictly non-smoking, and business daycare or business may be operated in any of our homes.
