4. No Eviction within last 5 years. No serious criminal record or on sexual offender list. Candidates with minor police violations can be considered on case-by-case basis if qualify for income
5. Individuals with not so perfect credit, or minor background issues can be evaluated for possible approval depending on employment and historical income
6. A cosigner who qualifies for income requirements can co-sign on behalf of resident to meet income requirements
