Room for Rent in Hillside Highland Park Home- $1375/month

Hi! We are two females looking for someone to rent a room in our home. The room is available now for move in (6 months to a year lease) or we can be flexible with a June 1 move in date. This is a private, single family home located in Highland Park. It's a really special place tucked away in the hillside between York and Figueroa. The room we are looking to fill is on the second floor, unfurnished (or furnished if needed) and with a shared bathroom. Rent is $1375/month-utilities not included. The house is two stories, so there is plenty of space (4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms). It includes a washer/dryer, sunroom, office, patio+deck and studio in the back. We are both super mellow, extremely clean and considerate. We are looking for someone who is essentially the same: mellow, very clean, shares space well.
