Bus line 1 block away. I painted every room, put in new stainless steel refrigerator and stove and there is new carpet. The bedroom and living room are large. The bathroom has a stall shower and I am installing washer/dryer connections in the bathroom. If you have a car, there is a parking spot, off street. Though the neighbor does have a dog, I am not accepting animals in this newly renovated unit. I also just put a new attic and roof on. There are 2 closed non working fireplaces but they look great.
