I have a room and bathroom to rent in my 1300+ sq. ft. condo in Renton close to Renton Technical College. It's a 2 Bed / 2 1/2 Bath unit, so you get your own bed/bath. Open concept living with 9-foot ceilings, gas fireplace, and patio. Kitchen opens to dining area and living room. Main level half bath. It's a quiet gated area with parking in front of the unit. There are several bus lines within short walking distance. Bus lines 105 and 111 are a 2-minute walk and 114 and 908 are a 9-minute walk. Really close to highways 405, 169, and 900. It's also 15-minutes away from Sea-Tac. The rent is $1,050. All utilities, which include high speed internet, are split in half. My new roommate will have access to all common areas of the home; living room, kitchen, loft, laundry area, and downstairs bathroom.
