Available 7/1/22, completely remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath home in Concordia. Features main floor laundry hook-ups, large kitchen with island, main floor master, nice sized yard on a quiet street. Tenants must meet the following minimum tenant requirements in order to be considered as a qualified rental candidate and printed confirmation of meeting these requirements needs to be submitted at the time of application in order to be considered.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside), evidence of smoking will result in termination of the lease and forfeit of security deposit.

Renters insurance is required and to be maintained at all times (documentation: printed confirmation page).
