This is an older building therefore there is NO central air and heat. The unit has gas wall units for heat and window a/c units. We require a $55 application fee that checks background for criminal history, eviction history, and proof of income. This is non-refundable. Please keep that in mind before requesting an application. The idea tenant would be someone that has a quiet lifestyle, not a lot of traffic coming in and out, and considerate of their neighbors. Loitering out side of the building WILL NOT be tolerated. Our current tenants are elderly and a student that live very quiet lives. That is why it is important for us to find the perfect fit to maintain that type of environment.
