No cable TV (you can get your own cable service at your expense if interested). Small patio 13' x16' with a grill and outside table. Small amount of storage is available in the garage on shelves. There is a one car garage you can park in. It's a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. It also has an outdoor pool in the summer months and it is just across the street. Water, sewer, trash, snow removal included in lease. You are responsible for electric/gas and internet.
