We have an upstairs apartment located a few blocks away from the Mayo Clinic. It is 2 blocks to the Methodist Hospital and Ghonda building. The subway system is 1/2 block away and once in it, you are able to access the Mayo and downtown buildings without going outside. It is a fully furnished upstairs apartment and we pay all the utilities including Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Parking is on the street which requires a parking permit from Rochester City Clerk ($30/year + $8 app fee). There is a 24/7 coin operated laundry on the backside of the main apartment building on the block. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. We offer both long term and short term leases. Short term lease requires a 7 day notice to vacate the apartment. There is no application fee.

Long Term: $1,075/month ($1100 Security Deposit)
