We have a garden level one bedroom apartment located a few blocks away from the Mayo Clinic. It is about 2.5 blocks to the Methodist Hospital and 1 block away from the subway entrance. Once in the subway entrance, you are able to access the Mayo and the downtown buildings without going outside. This is a fully furnished apartment. On a long term lease, resident reimburses electricity, but we pay for all the other utilities which includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. This is a handicap accessible apartment with a ramp on the backside of the building. Parking is on the street which requires a parking permit from the Rochester City Clerk ($30/year + $8 app fee). There is a 24/7 coin operated laundry which is just off the backdoor of the apartment. We offer both long term and short term leases. With a short term lease, a 7 day notice is required to vacate the apartment. There is no application fee.

Rental Qualifications: 1. Income 3x that of rent. 2. No felonies within the last 7 years and no recent criminal history. 3. No pets allowed.

Utilities Included: Gas, Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, WiFi, and Satellite TV.

Long Term: $975/month + Electric ($600 Security Deposit)

Short Term: $1,350/month All Bills Paid ($300 Security Deposit)
