Boone Creek is a small apartment complex with a lot to offer! They feature a split floor plan with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and trash pick-up. The kitchen has full size appliances and a pantry. Tenant is responsible for water/sewer, power, cable and Internet. Please no pets. These units come unfurnished.
Boone High Country Rentals offers online applications, online rent payment, and 24hr emergency maintenance/service.
