My roommates are moving out of state leaving me as the only remaining tenant in the wonderful north Boulder house I’m currently living in.
About me: I’m 27, moved to Boulder 14 months ago, and work from home as an editor for a medical journal based on the east coast. I’m passionate about community, being outside (cycling, backpacking, and running etc.), and urban agriculture. My priorities are keeping a clean, respectfully communicative, and calm living space. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and don’t drink, although I’ve no problem living with those who do. Looking for like-minded similarly aged folks with a similar concern for clean space and open communication.
About the house: beautiful 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath, with a large backyard and patio. No pets, no smoking. The house is a 5-minute walk to Ideal Market, located right off Broadway and less than a mile from Pearl St. Mall. Utilities (wifi, water, electric, trash) run ~$110 per person/month. Rent = $1,000 per month. Move in date would be August 1, 2022.
