Water/sewer/garbage charge is $60 per month.

Your net income (the amount you take home) must equal 3 times the monthly rent. If you are on section 8 you must take home 3 times your portion of the monthly rent. All forms of legal verifiable income are accepted.

Bank statements are not valid proof of income, we require current pay stubs, award letters, tax documents or other documents showing proof of ongoing income.

You must have a positive rental history of at least one year. We will conduct a credit, criminal, eviction history, and rental reference check. The full rental criteria is attached to your application.
