We have a fully furnished penthouse suite located 3 blocks to the Mayo Clinic. The subway system is 1 block away and once in it, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. It is a 4th floor apartment and there is 3.5 flights of stairs (No elevator). The apartment is fully furnished which includes Satellite TV and WiFi Internet. There is coin operated laundry on the backside of the building which is 24/7. Parking is on the street which requires a parking permit from Rochester City Clerk ($30/year + $8 app fee). We offer both long and short term leases. With a short term lease, a 7 day notice is required to vacate the apartment. There is no application fee. On a long term lease, the resident reimburses us for the electricity which runs around $30 - $50 per month.

Utilities Included: Gas, Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Satellite, TV, and WiFi internet.

Long Term: $1,300/month + Electric ($1325 Security Deposit)

Short Term: $1,800/month All Bills Paid ($800 Security Deposit)
