The house is close to downtown San Diego as well as many local attractions (e.g., the zoo, Balboa Park). Mass transportation (bus, trolley) and freeways are nearby (I15, hwy 805) as well as several English Schools (e.g., LSI, Connect English San Diego) and Universities/Colleges (e.g., USD, SDSU). The room is set up with a sink and small refrigerator, storage, and is located off the living room where you have a semi-private entrance from the front door. I have another roommate who has his/her own bathroom and bedroom. The owner is a quiet yet busy professional who is active in sports and dog training events. The owner has two German Shepherds Dogs and the roommate must be OK with dogs.
