Home Share in Loveland

Share a single family home with a young professional who works from home part time and two small dogs. Bedroom & office with a private, full bathroom for rent in house in residential North Loveland. Available for immediate move in. $30 application fee per person over 18. Application includes credit, background, income, and reference check. Month-to-month lease.

Dimensions of rooms for rent: 14x10 (primary) and 11x10 (office). Both rooms are carpeted, have ceiling fans and blinds, and are very sunny. There’s also a private linen closet in the hallway for your use. The home is tri-level with the shared areas on the ground floor, rooms for rent on their own floor, and landlord’s rooms on a separate floor. House has a whole house fan, AC, and forced air heat.

Shared spaces include a backyard; living room; creative room; and kitchen (has dishwasher). Living room and kitchen are fully furnished/equipped. Creative room has a sewing machine and craft area for shared use. Use of in-home washer and dryer available on weekends (bc they are in landlord’s private bathroom).

ALL utilities and cleaning supplies included. (Cleaning supplies included bc my nose is sensitive to fragrances & I try to use products that are kinder to the planet when possible.) Snow shoveling and landscaping are all taken care of by landlord.

Must maintain renter’s insurance during occupancy and show proof of policy at lease signing.

Street parking only (but there is always plenty available).

No pets (bc I already have two small therapy dogs). No smoking (including vape and marijuana).

Household is a social one but not party-friendly or open to random guests from online dating. Landlord is vaccinated and boosted. LGBTQIA-friendly and not discriminatory against races, ethnicities, skin colors, abilities, or religions that are different from my own.
