Dry paddock horse boarding (1.5 acres) and pets are negotiable. The entire guest house is included in the lease. The property is gated with electronic gate, has two spring fed ponds, a stream and is quite quiet and serene.
Property upkeep responsibilities are minimal. The ideal candidate will be an older established couple who plans on a long term lease. Additionally, it would be ideal as a combination living area and home office for an attorney, architect, artist, or web based business. I do not discriminate on age, race, religion or sexual orientation. This is a non-smoking rental. Due to the nature of rental market in Bozeman, interested applicants that have had Montana residency for at least 10 years will be given preference. References and excellent credit are required. Please note that there may already be interested parties, but I will update this add when leased.
