Enjoy durable hardwood laminate flooring in the living space and dining area with cozy carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is tiled with sleek white or birch cabinets under the granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances, under-mount sink, and a white subway tile backsplash fully complete this elegant kitchen.

The spacious bathroom consists of an oversized vanity, countertop and mirror ensemble, and tub tile surround with calming blue accents. Adjacent to the bathroom is a maid’s quarter which consists of side-by-side washer and dryer appliances along with convenient overhead shelving.

The bedrooms have neutral carpeting and a ceiling fan/light fixture combo with plenty of closet space (Primary Bedroom has a walk-in closet). Wayne Manor is the place to call home!

Wayne Manor property is pet friendly and has partnered with Pet Screening or all of our pet screening services! All applicants will be required to create either a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile using this third-party screening service. The Pet Screening service will verify your pet's FIDO score and monthly pet rent that corresponds for your new lease term.

FOR CATS AND DOGS AND OTHER ACCEPTABLE PETS: a one-time three hundred dollar ($300.00) non-refundable fee will be required along with a variable monthly pet rent based on the Pet Screening FIDO Score. There are two pets allowed per apartment. A $300 one time pet fee applies. Monthly pet rent is based on Fido score as follows:

One Paw- $55 monthly pet rent

Two Paw- $50 monthly pet rent

Three Paw- $45 monthly pet rent

Four Paw- $40 monthly pet rent

Five Paw- $35 monthly pet rent

The Pet Screening link must be completed upon application and with each renewal.
