***Please note that we only hold apartments for UP TO TWO WEEKS and NOT PAST THE CURRENT MONTH. You must be able to move within two weeks of application approval, but the move in cannot be past the current month. If you are not looking to move this month we will not be able to hold it even with a deposit. If it is available the following month then we can move forward with a tour, deposit and move in within that month.***
Pets: 2 pet max. $200 nonrefundable pet deposit. $20/mo pet rent per pet. 60lbs weight limit and certain breed restrictions
