It is close to a plethora of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is an attached secure garage below the building with parking available for $100/month ($25 additional for EV vehicles).

This unit was recently updated and has laminate floors throughout, new carpet in the bedroom, granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer stack in unit. The bedroom faces North and is on the backside of the building which provides a buffer from E. Madison road noise. There is a small patio off the bedroom which could serve as a private oasis and spot to grill and chill during the summer months.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person, a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval and a $100 per month utility for water, sewer & garbage. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are allowed.
