Located in the desirable North Kenwood neighborhood, walkable to Central Avenue and bikeable to anywhere downtown St. Pete + the downtown waterfront and the famed Pinellas bike trail, you will enjoy a little slice of paradise in the heart of all sunny St. Pete has to offer. This neighborhood is pedestrian, biker and family friendly - complete with sidewalks. This is a private residence, available for rent when its owners are on the road traveling in their Airstream. The house is furnished and decorated to be your oasis away from home whether you're escaping winter for a few months, a remote worker taking advantage of this work-from-anywhere era (home equipped with high speed internet, two desks one of which converts to standing and a printer if needed), in the area on contract work for a time, looking for a temporary landing pad while you navigate St. Pete's highly competitive real estate market for your own new home in the Sunshine City, etc. The entire home including the kitchen will remain fully furnished to the level of a primary residence (including all kitchen and cookware, linens, towels, etc.) to provide the comforts and convenience for any tenant to feel at home for the duration of their stay. A king bed, queen bed, and twin pull out trundle bed provide enough sleep room for 6 residents. With a split floor plan, the master bedroom (and bathroom complete with rainshower and tub) is located in its own wing of the house for privacy while the main living area features a wide-open spacious living room and kitchen, fully equipped home office with two desks, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. If you happen to be staying during the couple months out of the year where St. Pete enjoys a cool down in the evenings, you can enjoy the comforting crackle of the wood burning fireplace in the living room. The property is situated on a large corner lot, fully zero-scaped with Florida indigeous plants and a tropical food forest (bananas, Barbados cherries, pineapple, papaya, lemons, passion fruit, Moringa, various fresh herbs and more grow on the property at various points throughout the year!). From the kitchen and home office, you'll step out the back door to be greeted by a hand-painted tropical mural that surrounds the swimming pool to cool down under the Florida sun and patio area for lounging by the pool and tropical foliage. The backyard also features a cozy seating area equipped with gas fire pit for evening relaxation under the stars. The interior of the home is fully updated with wood/tile floors throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and indoor front-loading washer and dryer. For comfort and ambiance, lighting in most rooms is dimmable and all bedrooms + the living room are equipped with ceiling fans. For hot Florida months, the home features powerful central AC in addition to a supplemental split-unit AC in the master bedroom. In addition to all utilities including high speed internet (and an apple TV) being included, there is also a weekly pool service and bi-weekly cleaning service included in the rent. The pool service has access to the property through the backyard and will let themselves in weekly to clean the pool and balance the chemistry. Enjoy your stay!
