My roommate Sara and I are looking for someone clean and quiet. I am an electrical engineering Junior and Sara is a cloud developer. The home is fully furnished, except for your bedroom. Although, I can furnish your bedroom if needed. We have a large living and dining room. The kitchen and dining nook are comfortable and attached to the washer-dryer-mudroom. The AC and heater keep us very comfortable. The backyard is fenced.
I ride my bicycle to class every day. I can get to UF's Law school in less than 5 minutes
There is a back-woods access to Loblolly nature park in the neighborhood, which also cuts through to 8th Ave and Hogtown creek. I love hanging my hammock off the trail and studying in the shade. This is the perfect place if you love nature.
Sara rents the master bedroom, and I am in one of the 2 guest rooms that share the second bath. We moved in when I was accepted to UF in late December, but now need to find a third person to share this wonderful home with us.
My dad owns the house and allows small pets ($50 pet fee).
Sara has an old and small chihuahua mix. He is very quiet and spends most of the time laying around her room.
We split the bills evenly. Utilities run about $350/mo. We have AT&T's fastest internet, which costs us about $70/mo.
Lease for immediate move-in through August 2022, or hopefully sign on for a full year.
Bike to UF Golf Course in 3 min, Law School in 5 min, Engineering in 10 min.
Home is 1600+ sq. ft. w/ 2-car garage, large fenced backyard, central AC, washer/dryer, full-size kitchen with dining nook, fireplace, large living room, and patio.
