Once you are in the subway, you will be able to access the downtown buildings without going back outside. This is a furnished apartment and we pay for all the utilities which includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Parking is on the street which requires a parking permit from Rochester City Clerk ($30/year + $8 app fee). There is a coin operated laundry on the backside of the building. We offer both long term and short term month to month leases. With a short term lease, a 7 day notice is required to vacate the unit. This is not a pet friendly building.
