This space is perfect for a small family, or a couple working from home! The apartment was just completely remodeled and designed by local interior designer, Alyssa Demilio (@demiliodesign). The beautiful furnishings paired with the modern bathrooms and kitchen will make this the ideal home away from home for your month long stay here in Charleston.
Enter through the exterior door onto the stunning piazza. Here you will find a comfortable seating area and bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee and croissant from nearby Brown's Court Bakery. Enter inside into the living room. This spacious yet cozy area features a sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a coffee table that can pull up to double as a work space or dining table. To entertain friends, or enjoy a meal with family, the dining table which is also in this space seats four people. The living room opens up to the fully equipped kitchen, with brand new, stainless steel appliances, loads of cabinet space and a fun tile backsplash for added character!
The master bedroom is at the front of the house and is filled with loads of natural light! You will find a king size bed, Smart TV, spacious desk, large dresser and beautiful en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower and sage green walls for a spa-like feel.
The first of the two guest bedrooms is located just off of the living room and also features a king size bed and a Smart TV. The additional room doubles as a bedroom or office and is the perfect space to accommodate any over night guests. In this room you will find a twin size day bed with a trundle bed underneath, a Smart TV, and a large desk to accommodate all of your work from home needs!
One off street parking space is located in the driveway. Washer and dryer included in unit.
Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
The Neighborhood - Cannonborough/Elliotborough:
The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious croissants and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well.
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
