The large deck (approximately 60 square feet!) has southern-exposure and looks out over a large courtyard surrounded by rhododendrons - a perfect place for relaxing in the outdoors and enjoying some fresh air.
We have laundry facilities on-site with high-capacity washers and dryers (coin-op and app-based).
We do allow cats and do not charge "pet rent." Sorry, we do not permit dogs.
Parking is reserved and included in your rent.
Water/Sewer/Garbage is a monthly fee of $75.00.for one adult and $95.00 for two adults.
Located just north of downtown Bothell on Bothell Way NE, we are two blocks from McMenamins Anderson School and a ten minute walk from all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Downtown Bothell. We offer a perfect location for commuting, close to SR522, I405 and I5. Rather bus or bike? Bothell Park and Ride is a fifteen minute walk (or shorter bus ride) away, as is the Sammamish River Trail / Burke Gilmann Trail.
