THE BUILDING: The Villager Apartments is a secure building with cameras in the common areas and parking areas. There is new intercom system where your guests call you on your cell phone and you can buzz them into the building. If you aren't home to get a package delivery, the delivery person will call the manager and she will let them into the building so you won't miss a delivery! There is a fenced picnic area in the back of the property where you can go to relax and read.
NEIGHBORHOOD: In up-and-coming Lake City, you will find restaurants, cafes and even a few brew houses. The public library, the Thursday farmer's market and a city park are next door. Yoga, Crossfit and a gymnastics academy are minutes away by foot. The Safeway grocery store is a two-minute drive away and a Bartells drug store a three-minute walk away. The Northgate Mall, less than two miles away, features more than 130 stores, providing everything you need to settle into your new home. Schools and the Meadowbrook public pool are just over a mile away. The University of Washington is an easy drive away, less than 15 minutes, and downtown Seattle is a straight shot down the freeway. TRANSPORTATION & PARKING: The bus stops at your door. Parking in our back lot is $25.00 per month and a carport space is $50.00 per month but all key amenities are within walking distance.

- $300.00 Holding Deposit (will be applied to deposit at move in)
- Residents pay for water/sewer and electricity. We pay for garbage/recycling and kitchen waste.
- Cats allowed (with a pet deposit of $300.00 per cat. 2 cat limit per household)
- Must have credit score of 650 to qualify.
- NO DOGS ALLOWED
