• Trash fee included with rent.
• Laundry facilities in complex, includes "coin operated” washers and dryers. Credit cards and debit cards accepted.
• Unit mailbox with lock located near condo complex pool and fitness/meeting center.
• Use pool key to access gated pool. Pool is located between Building 600 and 700, behind fitness/meeting center near entrance to complex.
• Fitness center/meeting center near complex entrance.
• Permit parking for two vehicles – one designated covered parking slot, and one open parking slot anywhere in complex (available first come, first serve).
