As Is- refrigerator water/ice dispensers nonfunctional, hall bath fan nonfunctional, master bedroom wall heater nonfunctional, kitchen pocket door nonfunctional, bar pocket door, patio roll up shade, small patio light fixture, garage storage cabinets to remain with the unit, and patio furniture
Additional Terms:
1. Tenants agrees to keep the bar mural in the current condition and will not paint over it.
2. Tenants will not be allowed to use molly screws in studs. Picture hanging/hooks allowed.
3. Kitchen cabinets will not be modified in any way.
4. Any painted walls will need to be restored to original color/condition and texture upon move out.
5. Cabinet surfaces are not to be painted.
6. Yard hose, outdoor patio furniture and storage box are the property of the rental unit and provided for the tenants use. If tenant should choose not to use them, they are not to be moved without landlord's prior knowledge
7. No BBQs permitted in patios/balconies
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
