Akai Place is able to sleep 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Can be rented on a 30 day basis. Departure cleaning is required.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms. The master suite is enormous with high ceilings, furnished with a king sized bed and a cozy lounge area with sitting couches and a TV. The private bathroom has his and her sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom comes with a double bed, high ceilings and a TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds that could be used as is or re-configured into a king sized bed, high ceilings and a TV. The fourth room is located downstairs with an open concept floor plan, steps away from the pool yard, a double bed and a full size bathroom.
Downstairs also features a spacious kitchen, living room, another full sized bathroom, sunroom and covered lanai. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and an island that seats 4. The family room is set up perfectly to sit around, relax and watch TV. The sunroom is facing the beautiful views of the pool yard and furnished with a large dining table, enough seating for 8.
Outside is the stunning pool yard featuring outdoor seating and lounging with incredible privacy and views.
