Each adult applicant must fill out an application and pay a credit application fee through Rentspree. Required criteria: 700 or above fico score, stable work history including pay stubs, 3 months bank statements, references. One year Lease for rental required. Deposit plus first and last month’s rent. Separate Lease for Parking on a month to month basis. Renter insurance required. Small pets with a $500 extra deposit per pet.
One water bill split between 4 units. All other utilities paid by tenants in individual units. All information including the square footage is approximate.
