This rustic garage apartment is located at the end of a Private Drive with access to the West Creek Red River. Short term lease available. Electric heat and air wall units. 

Electric, water, lawn, Wi-Fi and garbage all included. 

P.O box will be needed for mail deliveries.

Parking is limited to inside garage and in front of garage/apt, driveway is not to be blocked. 

*FYI - All Walls/trim are not normally freshly painted after every tenant moves out. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs are too be expected on walls which may not show up in pictures.

Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets, $200 first pet $100 second pet non-refundable fee. $25 monthly pet rent per pet. My Place Realty and the property owner have the final say on pet acceptance.
