Apt building has big parking lot (usually 75% full at highest capacity) with very large spaces (free); although a car is not necessary in this proximity to DC. Buses go directly to metro and pick up 1 block away from the condo. Buses come by frequently, going to Pentagon and Pentagon City yellow/blue metro line ($2 one-way); one bus to DC. There is also a bus that goes to Clarendon/Ballston (orange/silver line).

If you're not from the area... Arlington is a vibrant city, next door to DC, and is a very safe area to live in. There is no lack of things to do in the area; I can answer any questions that you may have. Commute to Pentagon would be roughly 5 minutes, and would be 20-30 mins to DC by way of public transportation. The apartment is a studio, and is on the 1st floor of the building (do not need to take the elevator). There are no pets allowed and the neighboring residents are very friendly; the building has thick walls and you will rarely hear your neighbor. Storage space in the basement is optional for a fee. Building has a key fob system; visitors can punch in your code, and you press a button on your cell phone to let them in.
