Individual Bedrooms for Rent

Thank you for your interest in this room rental! This is a four bed, two bath house that is RENTED OUT BY THE BEDROOM!. The house is fully furnished, with the exception of the bedrooms, which are empty for you to bring all of your living essentials. Each bedroom has a large, walk-in closet. This house is located in a great, low traffic neighborhood and on a beautiful wooded lot. This house has plentiful options for groceries, restaurants and shopping centers, all in close proximity!

Monthly rent includes - all utilities, cable/internet, garbage, and select streaming subscriptions. There are four, off-street parking spots available.

There will be one bedroom available for rent June 1st. There are three, young working professionals that you would share the common areas of the house with. There is no application fee, however all renters must pass a background check prior to moving in. Criminal, eviction and credit - $55.

Again, the monthly payment includes all of the above amenities. This space only allows four parking spots, so only one person per room. Couples can inquire if intending on renting two rooms, each at the listed price. Month to month renting accepted after lease term, and considered on a tenant to tenant basis.
