This is a family home in a lovely neighborhood and quiet street w/ garden and big fenced backyard. We have a super-friendly boxer-mix dog (no other pets allowed).
The house has two floors (1,400 sq ft each), I live on the upper floor with my two kids (here half time), and you would be renting a room in the finished basement. You have a semi-private side entrance that leads down stairs.
Room rental includes shared bath (one other person) and downstairs large living area w/ kitchenette and laundry room with front loading washer/dryer. The small kitchenette includes convection burners, small convection oven, sink and full size refrigerator.

I am a mom of two teens who are here half the time. I love to hike, camp, read and kickbox.
I’m interested in sustainability, permaculture, outdoor activities, travel, art, creativity, and social issues.
About the other downstairs room renter:
Jonathan has been here several years and is around 25, employed in the local school system, is kind, considerate, friendly and has an awesome positive attitude and demeanor. He rides his longboard around, hangs with friends, goes to church and plays video games. We are blessed to have him around the household!
About the area:
It’s a fantastic neighborhood, within walking distance to parks, trails, downtown Littleton, light rail, library, and more.
We have friendly neighbors who sometimes come for cookouts, share garden ideas and produce, and the yearly block party (shown in the pic). We hope to find someone who will also enjoy this great community we have.
