You will not be able to find a luxury apartment this cheap on the lake and here's how I can guarantee it. To be completely honest, I forgot to submit my 60 day notice so I am being moved to month to month unless I submit a notice or sign another year lease. They are offering me 10% plus my current rent to stay ($1430) which is significantly lower than current market value of my 1br apartment that they are charging for new tenants that haven't lived here before ($1880). The idea is it will still be a year long lease where you would sign on as my roommate, then they could drop me from the lease so you can still get my discounted lease fee! I would not be on the lease at all and the apartment would be yours for $450 cheaper.
This complex is one of the most beautiful places I've ever lived at. It is situated right on Tempe Town lake with incredible views from the pool, lounge, and walking along the sidewalk and trails. It is in prime location extremely close to Old Town, ASU Campus, the Airport, the Phoenix Zoo, etc. The apartment is listed on the the company's site as a studio because there is no window in the bedroom, but it is still a loft. The ceilings are massive and all the kitchen appliances are brand new. It is the corner room too so its very easy to access for moving stuff in and entering and leaving the building every day.
