There are only 2 AVAILABLE apartments, applications are open. For the move-in date, we have one ready to move now and the other one will be ready on April 5.
These apartments are $1250 a month plus a 2% tax ($25)
$1850 security deposit
$450 basic cleaning deposit
Total move-in costs are $4,850.00 without pets and with approval of income. To move in you have to pay 1st month, last month, deposit, and cleaning deposit, no exception.
The Pet deposit is $350 for each pet (a Max of 2, but must be discussed) and the pet rent monthly is $25.

All of the apartments have these appliances: a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washer, and dryer included. Newly built (2015+) 1 carport per unit and 1 additional uncovered space if needed. Each unit has a private patio. These units have a 6-month rental lease agreement to start, after that, it goes Month-to-Month automatically. We cannot stress this enough, these units are non-smoking apartments. Rent includes Sewage, Garbage, Water.
