Studio Apartment - The Studio Apartment offers a great value for your housing dollars. It features a galley kitchen along with a combined living and sleeping areas. The apartment comes fully furnished at no extra charge, but is also available without furniture if you wish to bring your own.

The kitchenette area comes with:

• a small counter-top sized refrigerator

• a microwave.

(Tenants in the studio apartments often bring a couple of other small kitchen appliances of their own such as a crock pot, a toaster oven, or a small electric grill in order to be able to cook a wide variety of foods in their studio apartment.)

The living & bedroom area furniture includes:

• a full-sized bed (mattress and box springs on a bed frame)

• a chest of drawers

• a loveseat

• a side chair

• a coffee table

• a TV on a TV stand.

All utilities are included with the rent: electric, water, sewer, and trash. The Landlord also includes a Dish TV package with a wide variety of channels in addition to the local channels.
