964 Marine is a duplex located on University Hill at the corner of 10th & Marine Streets. This spot is an easy walk to CU campus and just minutes from Pearl Street.
Apartment A is the lower level of the house, including the large front porch facing Marine Street with porch swing. The vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms add to the open feeling of the apartment. The yard and driveway are shared with the upstairs apartment.
Approximate room dimensions:
Living room = 12'11" x 11'11"
Dining room = 12'11" x 7'5"
Bedroom #1 (front) = 9'11" x 8'9"
Bedroom #2 (back) = 9'11" x 9'8"
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
